Cueing for a regular gait is a method of applying rhythmic signals to engage the brain to take a step. The Rollz Rhythm and its Phone App gives ability to set patterns for the rollator user by either or all of the following

• Sounds - High or Low pitch

• Vibration - delivered into the hand grips on both sides of the walker

• Laser light - A green light produces a line, prompting the user to step over it.

When a person gets used to the pattern and non responsive to it, you simply alter the rhythmic combination of signals. There are thousands of combinations possible using the integrated App from Rollz.Should the sound cue be the preferred prompt method then to eliminate drawing unwanted attention out and about in the public spaces you can use wireless earplugs to get your signal discreetly.
